The Habbo Hotel has sent me this message: "Habbo User 'Rhonwen' has sent you a message."

1.) what the hell is the Habbo Hotel? Hobbits should be involved somehow.

2.) if it's only a hotel, how come they have users? That sounds like an ISP.

3.) why does the Habbo Hotel feel the need to put quotation marks around the name Rhonwen? Are they trying to warn me not to click their e-mail in the subject line of their spam message?

"Rhonwen" is obviously "Welsh." I don't know what it means to be Welsh in quotation marks, though

You would be "Welsh" because of your language studies, and I would be "Welsh" b/c of the FLLW connection.
