Hermit's Cave: "The Author of Murder"

It's so good when doctors did housecalls, because they'd have cigarettes with them that they could offer you to make you feel better.

I love the fact that at the end of the story they have to make the point that the story is not based on any real place or events, or people dead or alive, when it has has to do with a dead woman threatening to kill a man's wife, and coming back from the dead to grab her fiance into the after world.

Interestingly, the man is afraid that this woman (Shirley) is going to kill his wife but has no problem with her essentially killing someone else.

Shadow: "Death House Rescue"

Oh, I thought that the Shadow was just calling someone in order to psychologically torture him, but it sounds like it's part of a plan to catch the bad guys. It seemed logical that the Shadow would do that, because he seems to like f*cking with people, so it took me a while to catch on.
