Inner Sanctum: "Between Two Worlds"

The narrator keeps talking about "Mr. Whiskers". It turns out to be some guy, but it sounded like he was talking ominously about a cat.

And he marries some woman who sounds sick or drunk. And the guy doesn't sound that great, either (but it is Inner Sanctum, so it's not much of a surprise).

Later: oh, well Mr. Whiskers is actually dead, so... you know - dead guys, etc.
