It's Thursday, I woke up for the first time in about 9 days not in misery or dreaming about Tal., and I'm eating brocolli cheese & rice cassarole from a ZIPLOCK BAG.

That's excellent! Will you throw the bag away when you are done, or wash and re-use it?

wash and re-use. I've got about a dozen ziplock bags in my car to wash (although I usually use them to keep things like sandwiches, not to eat out of).
