"Slightly Dangerous" on the Lux Radio Theater with Lana Turner and Victor Mature.
I'm wondering if Lana Turner was in more insane stories like this: she plays someone who fakes amnesia after faking a suicide and getting out of her small town; then (surprise) manages to convince a millionaire that she's his long lost daughter; then is pursued by some guy who from the small town who's been accused of murdering her. Then he manages to get her fingerprints and put them onto a marriage certifate to him, she heads back to the small town in order to scare the bejesus out of him by acting like she believes his story - that she's really his wife (increases the story she's selling that she's actually got amnesia) - then, natch, by the next day they both confess everything to each other, and are in love.
And she gets to stay with the millionaire nonfather because she thinks he's a really nice man.
...
Ok, then!
