likethebeerHey, everyone else is doing it (and it allows me to use my cute polar bear icon). It was -20F (about -29C) when I first looked at the exterior thermometer but now it's up to -12. The man on the radio keeps telling me to stay in my house. Seriously, this is what he said, "If you do not have to leave your house: DON'T."
This is the same man whose statements last winter about the "bitter cold temperatures" every damned day (it seemed) made me start screaming at the radio. "I KNOW. It's COLD. WE ALL. KNOW. IT'S COLD. STFU!"
Still, I don't have to go to work. I could take the day off, or work on Saturday instead. It does seem kind of stupid to go in when I can go in another day.
