So, one of the people on my f-list got her nipples pierced (wha!? Totally didn't see that coming) and another person/s ended up in another person's journal that I never thought would. SO strange to see that guy on [livejournal.com profile] binro33's journal. I'm sure it's been a fun right w/jujupees and Z, hanging w/binro33's fam.

so weird. I just did, well, work kind of stuff today. And it's my day off. Wait--I did kind of, well, work kind of stuff on Sat. And that was my day off.

Thank you! I was thinking those same 2 thoughts: "How the Hell did that happen"?!?!?" and "How the Hell did that happen?!?!?"

For some reason, I'm really excited about the nipple piercing. It's like, "Nyah--tattoes--we've all got those!" But to get your nipples pierced--shit! Both of them! When you're a mom! I just appreciate that.

Totally: I've just been working. Glad to hear others are doing this stuff.

Our new library director is a little surprised at how many Minnesotans appear to be tattooed...and have them showing!

North Carolina must bea little more conservative than us folks up here are used to.

Wow, and they've got Chapel Hill. Maybe it's the crazy cold weather--our tattoes are covered most of the year, after all (meanwhile, we've got heat index warnings through tomorrow, and I'm typing this w/out a shirt on).

We had a good chat with Chris, but it was of limited duration with the rest of his clan. Z was goin' pool crazy at the hotel, so we literally just barely crossed paths with her and Jujupees because we had to get Wes to his train.

Ah, ok. I remember the pool craziness--our parents would hang out on the lounge chairs and throw a penny into the pool; then we'd go crazy trying to find it. In fact, I remember the day I went to the pool on the first day it opened--it was in the 60s. The lifeguard had to sit out there while I squirmed around in the water, happily freezing my ass off.
