Date: 2014-07-02 01:46 am (UTC)My "interest" in WWI puzzles me sometimes (definitely a love of the Dada art movement pushed me there). But that's because the horrors of WWI were overwhelmed, I think, by the horrors of WWII. And rediscovering them has been a continual shock (maybe it highlighted them that much more).
