Comet ISON is still intact

As of Oct. 9. So it hasn't disintegrated yet as it gets closer to the sun (it will get very close in late Nov. & disintegration is one of the fears for a "dud").

of course the main fear is, if the comet burns bright, is it a good omen, or an ill one?
