Really good writing on being poor
Mar. 4th, 2012 08:15 pmIt's from Cracked.com, and explains things in a v. good way:

Read it, but I'll give you the run down of the habits:
#5. You Develop a Taste for Shitty Food
#4. Extra Money Has to Be Spent Right Goddamn Now!
#3. You Want to Go Overboard on Gift-Giving
#2. You Become an Obsessive Bean-Counter
#1. You Only Spend with the Short Term in Mind

Ann Southern plays Masie, who seems like an idiot. She goes to work as a bad manicurist and manages to screw things up so she gets fired (off stage by screwing with a pianist's fingers). I suppose I would find it interesting in the future.Big Town: "The Crooked Eye"
A radio series with the lead characters working at a newspaper.Suspense: "Love's Lovely Counterfeit"
Just have to note that, holy sh*t, a guy is named Boris Goodenov. I don't care about the show - he's named Boris Goodenov!!
I just want to note that the reason I was so excited about the name was because I thought they were talking about Boris Badenov, the Russian spy in Rockie & Bullwinkle.
Starring Humphrey Bogart, who uses the law that a husband & wife can't testify against each other by wedding the missionary he loves right before he dies, so he's romantic, and practical (he didn't think he was going to die that soon so this blocked the chance that they'd take any statements down).
