So far, we've heard Candy Matson (a private detective in San Francisco who always looks fabulous, but always finds trouble) reiterate the plot 3 times. On Stage: "The String Bow Tie" 01/01/53
Now she's gone over to the apartment of her gay friend, Rembrandt.
AsSuspense "To Find Help" 01/06/49maxchaos noted: the couple on this show is boring.
I actually don't know if there's a plot at all. 'Cept the husband is in a show and getting noticed by the other ladies.
Oh - now they're being pulled over by a thug. I am guessing he wants to rob the husband, because the man obviously is rich, because he's in posters....
Ok, well now I walked into crazy land. Thank goodness it was over by 10:02.
Creepy!!!Weird Circle: "The Duel without Honor" 01/14/45
And Gene Kelly (*the* Gene Kelly) is the really creepy guy who traps a woman in her house and basically threatens to kill her all day long. Gene Kelly! Who knew?
Lots and lots and lots of stuff about dueling.
The tragedy was that the guy who swore to love this woman fixed a duel. The woman dies of a heart attack (heart problems are always so convenient in Old Timey radio) when she thinks the other guy has died.
I love it when people swear that they just adore the person, never want the other person to feel sadness or any strife; but go all nutso when the person is like, "ok, well, thanks, now I'll pop off now with someone else." Always ends badly.
