I was writing Jaaladay an e-mail, and wrote Jaalsa instead. My god--why have I never thought of that. Jaalsa. We must come up with a salsa just so we can name it Jaalsa. "Oh yes, Jaalsa is always best served with Keiran." (that's the beer that I've got to find time to invent).
