before you pay up, www.photobucket.com is still free, the most dependable, easy, and still allows 25mb, which is quite a bit for photos. I find it easier than the LJ pics setup. these other three, which I tried out upon finding out about photobucket's changes have been very dependable, have very generous bandwidth and storage (more than photobucket and LJ), and are free. I don't have any trouble using them, either.
actually, I didn't follow up on photodump, but it's just about the same as the others on storage/bandwidth, and offers a rudimentary photo editor alongside (resizing/cropping/rotation).
any of those should be plenty adequate, AND no $$.
